Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (although processing times may occasionally vary due to high order volumes or unforeseen delays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

h0neybear ships internationally to eligible destinations across North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Oceania, and other selected regions.

We offer free Economy shipping on orders to the destinations listed in our shipping table below. Customers may also choose from alternative shipping methods for an additional charge, where available.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe listed for your selected shipping method, please contact us at team@h0neybear.com with your name and order number. We'll review the tracking information and help you with the next steps.

Delivery estimates are provided in business days and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier operations, and unforeseen delays.

Product prices and shipping fees do not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Depending on the destination country's regulations and the arrangements applicable to your order, additional charges may be payable upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes that are not collected by h0neybear at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information about potential import charges before placing an order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers must contact us at team@h0neybear.com before returning an item to receive return instructions and authorization.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at team@h0neybear.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
