Refund policy

Welcome to h0neybear, where we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. This policy outlines the steps to follow when returning a product to us.

Accepted Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@h0neybear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or the address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

- Once your return is accepted, you can choose to receive store credit and use it to place a new order, or request a direct exchange for a different item.

- Alternatively, you may return the item and make a separate purchase for your preferred product.

Return & Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service team at team@h0neybear.com to initiate the return process.
2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
3. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will process the exchange or refund. 

Exceptions

Final sale items, undergarments, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

Additional Notes

- All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
- The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Items damaged due to wear or misuse are not eligible for returns.
